Order Processing

1. Select the items you wish to purchase, and place them in your shopping cart.
2. Ensure that you have met the $250 USD minimum order requirement.
3. Ensure that your shipping address, order items and quantity and other information is correct.
4. If you are paying by P.O. or on account terms, this is established prior to order placement.
5. If you are paying by credit card, simply follow the check out process. The check out process is encrypted and secure.
6. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order, including titles ordered and total price, including estimated shipping charges.
7. The order is picked and packaged at our warehouse, normally within 5-7 business days.
8. A final shipping confirmation e-mail is sent to you, detailing the items shipped and the cost including shipping and applicable taxes.
9. If an item is not available it will not be back ordered, but you can add it to your favorites list.
10. Your credit card is charged for the total amount shown on your shipping confirmation.
11. The books leave the warehouse, and are shipped via the method you selected.
12. You can obtain tracking information for this order by logging into your Past Orders.
