About Shipping

When you are ready to complete your order, we present you with an estimated shipping cost. This is an estimate only.

When your order is packed for shipment, it is weighed and the actual shipping costs are calculated. We do not charge your credit card until the final shipping charges are added to your order.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation which includes your final order total when the items are ready to leave our warehouse. Please refer to this confirmation when remitting or confirming your payment.

North American Customers

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or an LTL carrier of your choice if available.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canpar, Same Day, or an LTL carrier.

Our carriers are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For larger orders (skid lots) we offer a reasonable shipping rate to most countries. Contact Us and we will be glad to provide you with more information.

If you have an established account with a preferred shipper, please state this in the "Special Instructions" field for each shipping location associated with your account. For a preferred shipper, please enter the shipping company name, their phone number and your shipping account number.

International Customers

When your order is packed for shipment, it is weighed and the actual shipping costs are calculated. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which includes your final order total when the items are ready to leave our warehouse.

Please note, if you have an established freight forwarder, enter this information in the "Shipping Instructions" of the Customer Registration screen.

Order Tracking

Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

We send an e-mail shipping confirmation as the order is readied to leave with the designated carrier.

Within 48 hours of the carrier receiving the order, a tracking number will be assigned to the packages. You can access and track your orders by logging into your account and viewing your past orders.

Please note that if you are using a freight forwarder, we are unable to provide tracking once your forwarder has accepted the shipment. Please contact them for further information
